
Yellow Scorpion
45 ml pot still vodka. 1 tablespoon aniseeds (saunf) Few cubes of fresh pineapple. 45 ml Pineapple juice. Splash of lime juice and sugar syrup. Ice cubes. Garnish: Freshly ground anise. Glass: Martini glass.
How To Make
Fill the martini glass with ice to chill it. Put the aniseed into the mixing can. Muddle. Add the pineapple. Muddle it again. Half fill shaker with ice. Add the vodka, pineapple juice, lime and sugar. Shake. Double strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with some freshly ground anise.
